Molly brings over a decade of experience to Southside's behavioral health team. Molly has honed her skills through diverse roles, including case management, consultation, leadership, and vital contributions to crisis intervention teams. Her experience in the field has equipped her with a deep understanding of the multifaceted challenges individuals face in their mental health journeys. Molly's approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and a commitment to empowering those she serves. Molly works primarily with adults.

Andrea is a bilingual Spanish therapist committed to understanding and addressing the unique challenges faced by the Latino community. She has been working in the addiction and mental health field for over ten years. She works well with chronic populations, harm reduction, meeting people where they are at, and together working on small goals that over time can lead to big changes. Andrea utilizes motivational interviewing as a base for counseling and relies on Polyvagal Theory, Mindfulness, connecting with nature, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Therapy, DBT strategies, Internal Family Systems, incorporating self-care and utilizing the mind body connection for healing. Her areas of interest are substance use, relationship issues, management of ADHD symptoms, adolescent issues, narcissistic abuse, and culturally sensitive trauma-focused therapy. She is committed to providing a safe and supportive space for individuals of all backgrounds, including the LGBTQ+ community. She is only able to provide telehealth services at this time.

Meilyn Santamaria is first-generation, bilingual, Salvadoran American, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice in psychiatric mental health across the lifespan. Trained in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, mind body medicine, and medication management, she hopes to assist people struggling with post-traumatic stress disorder, mood disorders, depression, anxiety, ADHD, Autism Spectrum, sleep disorders, and more. Her approach is strengths based and holistic, honoring patients' stories, centering their resilience and ability to heal, and partnering to promote the health of their mind, body, and spirit. Her populations/areas of interest include children and young adults, preventative/primary mental health care, community mental health, health literacy, and integrative health.

TeleHealth Available: After your first visit, you and your behavioral health provider may decide telehealth appointments
are the best fit for you. If you’re interested in this option, please ask your provider about this service during your first visit.
